Having played a lot of Ninja recently via my pauper deck, I can tell you it's actively very, very bad at parity. But, I don't know the availability of evasion in Kamigawa (actually, I know diddly about the format, so take that into consideration) so my go-to in situations like that is to go to vanilla beaters, and a 3/3 for 3 is alright.

I hated that one much more than the Deep Hours. There is another Waxmane, but it's not as good as I thought it is, since we're only getting one pack of Kamigawa.

Tough pick, I can see value in the soulshift 6 guy, the ninja piker.. and the bleeder.

I do however think the best value for cost is the

Bleeder.

I wouldn't like to pick something parasitic like Soulshift with random packs down the line. Bleeder looks very bad. Ninja Piker doesn't look much better, but at least ninjas are better in multiples.
