That pretty much says it all for me too.

These drafts are just for fun, so we are forcing black red because we can. Plain and simple.

Yeah, Flying + Haste is better than +1 Power and a conditional shrinkage.

I'm not really seeing it work in RU, maybe in WR or even RB hyperaggro, but pretty much everything that you want to put on a bad creature to take over the early game is 2 mana, so is really awkward with this card from a curve perspective, we also can't combo it with loyal pegasus, and it seems to me that when your plan to push for game is burn and bounce you want to hit as hard as possible the turn where you remove your opponent defenses.
1 power matters when you go from 1 to 2,if hypnotist connects twice he has already dealt more damage.
I'ts just that if I had to pick a 23's card for UR I'd prefer bronze sable to sunchaser, and the hypnotist's ability seems to be relevant enough with auras gifting it a couple of toughness , flying(three toughness flyers are hard to come by) or cripsys .
I also like pikers a little more than what is healthy.
But I was trying to sound more like an authoritative try-hard than usual in that post.

The above, although shieldmate is a bit better, not worth getting into white. I think these kinda packs are quite common in BNG. Reminds me of Dragon's Maze.

Black Oak of Odunos plz. It lets us turn on the servant of tymaret guy without much effort if we can nab him... and they're both tough guys who stick on the battlefield... since we're trying to force Mogis.

Lightning Volley seems more interesting to me than the crappy Bestow guy. Same for Black Oak.

Red has plenty of ways to enchant a red guy to make them big. Dragon Mantle, firebreathing bestow guy, that temper card from this set, and blue has plenty of good stuff too.
Thing about Hypnotist is, I tried him in a sealed even this past week, and he just NEVER GOT THROUGH.

We are 100% guaranteed to wheel him.

He's actually SO cheap that you can play him turn 7 AND bestow something on him for hot flying haste action.

I don't think so. Tha Oak is probably a high pick. I'd just like to have something to combine it with first. I have a feeling that there are way more enablers than worthwhile inspired creatures in BNG.

Volley, then we grab all the Akroan Crusaders in the world plus enablers and call it a day :V

I like this plan. I second this pick.

Volley. I think we should draft walls and removal and volleys.

Satyr-Song Lyre is sweet. Very good.

Why is it "scaling"? Is that some kind of music nerd joke?

Or because you can switch it to the best creature I guess. But anyway Lyre is the pick. Servants aren't really picked highly anyway... and this pack is just good enough that it might wheel (that or marshmallow titan)
