Reality twist is wacky but not really playable.

Winds of Rath is wacky but totally playable!

Joven's Ferrets is a pet card, but still actually playable as a 1/1 for 1 with an ability.

And yeah, Dudibus. Basically you design your set, and then divide into random 15 card packs and draft like you would a normal draft. Some people go all out and actually divide my rarity and put the correct rarities in each pack, but that's mind numbingly boring, and most cubes have a higher concentration of rares, anyway. As long as you balance cards by number in each color and each casting cost, you should be fine.
