I have a U/W changeling deck that will absolutely love this.

This should end up being constructed playable. It's a blue board wipe almost everytime.

It's no Evacuation, but at least it costs 4. I like it.

Me gusta. another tool to allow Blue control decks to not play white. A great way to followup a Jace.

In standard there is nimbus swimmer as the sneaky flying leviathan. Substantially more playable than sealock monster.
