I dunno. Depending on what gets printed, this might see play in Standard.
A 2/2 vigilance for WW is also relevant because it makes mono-white devotion more likely.

If you target this and Phalanx Leader with the same spell then you can stack the triggers so that the new token also gets a +1/+1 counter
