Raised by Wolves
Enchantment — Aura Uncommon
Enchant creature
When Raised by Wolves enters the battlefield, put two 2/2 green Wolf creature tokens onto the battlefield.
Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 for each Wolf you control.
Illus. Raymond Swanland #135/165

Not bad. I think it could be fun in some casual wolf tribal decks, but I don't expect much other wolf love in Theros Block.

Maybe in a Witchstalker hexproof green ramp along with Howl of the Night Pack?

Master of the Hunt would be an awesome reprint. Shame it will never happen.

You know, I never really realized how long the reminder text on banding (or at least "Bands with other") was until I went to check and see if they creature-type updated Wolves of the Wild Hunt to Wolf tokens or Hound tokens...

Quote:
Put a 1/1 green Wolf creature token named Wolves of the Hunt onto the battlefield. It has "bands with other creatures named Wolves of the Hunt." (Any creatures named Wolves of the Hunt can attack in a band as long as at least one has "bands with other creatures named Wolves of the Hunt." Bands are blocked as a group. If at least two creatures named Wolves of the Hunt you control, one of which has "bands with other creatures named Wolves of the Hunt," are blocking or being blocked by the same creature, you divide that creature's combat damage, not its controller, among any of the creatures it's being blocked by or is blocking.)

I prefer Grizzly Fate. Better upbringing through bears.

Banding doesn't need reminder text, it's just the bar ability.

Also I don't think Master of the Hunt is that great, but I do love banding.

I wouldnt be surprised if it's in M15.

I like the flavor/mechanics of this card... but it's kinda costly and unwieldy

When I think raised by wolves, I think Romulus and Remus, who were Roman. Is this just a little bit of crossover or is there a parallel Greek story (like most Roman legends).
