This is arguably the best. Decent base body and poops out Wind Drakes.

Wind Drake factory is pretty absurd, and the body means you can battle with this if you don't have anything to tap. Agreed, probably the best one.

Very cool- easily worth 4 mana as opposed to the black one.

And in the same color as Aqueous Form and Triton Tactics!

Edit: Just realized the potential awesomeness of this and Kiora's Follower, and making a blue-green deck that ramps into this and maybe Pheres-Band Raiders and uses Savage Surge as well.

I really wish they had given us a 0/X unblockable dude with Inspired, but Wind drakes aren't bad at all.

I just realized I forgot a really good enabler of Inspired antics for upcoming standard blue decks.
