This guy is neat. The body is good enough that you'll probably be able to attack with it, and repeatable Heat Shimmer every turn for 2 is very powerful.

Did Magic really need more Kiki Jiki effects? Granted this one is a little harder to go infinite with... but inb4 another bad Pestermite variant.

I said bad, not amazing- but there could be a cheap infinite tapping source that makes for some janky 3 card pseudo-infinity combo.

Hidden Strings + Elite Arcanist? Wish Cipher worked for the copies :(. Might work with Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, but I doubt it's worth it.

Edit: Hmmm, then again, blue devotion deck, splash for minotaur, Tons of Master of Waves...nvm, forgot it had prot red.

Edit2: Maybe in red devotoin, splash for Arc and Strings? Purphoros, God of the Forge triggers and/or Fanatic of Mogis?
