When this creature enters, tap all creatures your opponents control, then distribute eight stun counters among those creatures. (If a permanent with a stun counter would become untapped, remove one from it instead.)
When it rises to the surface, the sheer volume of water it displaces is enough to flatten any fleet or army, never mind the eight flailing tenacles.

That's a lot of tokens. And about 60% more text than Warp World. Pretty silly. I appreciate you going out of your way to name all the tokens though. Reminds me of Twelve Days of StarCraft, probably my favorite Christmas parody song.

This got me to watch the sketch again, so thank you for that. This doesn't really fit the criteria but I like the card.

Evocative. Does "each target" work though? Because it's not technically targeting anything. What's the word for "permanent or player"? Objects? Cool flavor.

This would have to be in Alchemy as I don't think paper magic has an easy way to keep track of turn count. But it's cute!

As I read this I was like, "The prompt said eleven, not eight!" Then I saw the toughness. Still, I feel like if this were actually printed it'd be an 8/8/8 MV/P/T if it weren't bent to fit the prompt.

Like Tevish and ELC, you went the twelve route, where eleven is just there by way of getting to twelve. Nothing wrong with that! I have no idea how to parse this spell. Like I've read it multiple times over multiple days and have no idea how to picture what happens. Why would they have you create a 1/1 Spirit token unless they really want to protect something with 1 toughness? Doesn't this just slightly shift the P/T of everything on the board most of the time? Seems pretty expensive at 5 mana. Way too complicated.

yeah I just wanted to do "repeat this process 11 more times" and hastily tried to construct a process that would be interesting to do that many times. I do think there will be plenty times when giving you the 1/1 is better than letting you shrink my dudes or buff yours, but it's a pretty fiddly card without a lot of purpose.
