Gain control of target creature and target Vehicle until end of turn. Untap them. They gain haste. That creature crews that vehicle. If that vehicle dies this turn, sacrifice any creatures that crewed it. When that vehicle deals combat damage to a player, create X treasures where X is its power.

II - Each player returns a creature they control or a creature card in their graveyard to their hand.
III - Destroy all creatures.
IV - Return target creature you control and target creature you don't control to their owners' hands.

  • Enchanted creature can't attack or block this turn.

At the beginning of each player's combat phase, that player may pay , where X is the number of industry counters on Military Industrial Complex. If they do, they put a +1/+1 counter on each creature they control.
Whenever a player attacks, they put an industry counter on Military Industrial Complex and create that a tapped Treasure token for each attacking creature they control.
