(You may play either half. That door unlocks on the battlefield. As a sorcery, you may pay the mana cost of a locked door to unlock it.)
When you unlock this door, create a 1/1 green Plant creature token, then this Room deals X damage to target creature an opponent controls, where X is the number of Plants you control.

When you unlock this door, for each Plant token you control, create a token copy of that token.
Plants you control get +1/+1 and have vigilance.
Attacking Plants you control have first strike.

Hall of the Guildpact
Legendary Enchantment - Room (M)
(You may play either half. That door unlocks on the battlefield. As a sorcery, you may pay the mana cost of a locked door to unlock it.)
When you unlock this door, put a guild counter on it for each different two color combination among permanents you control and among cards in your graveyard.
, Discard a card: Proliferate.
Remove ten guild counters from this Room: Unlock The Heart of Ravnica.

When you unlock this door, create Goht, a legendary 4/4 red Ox artifact creature token with "This creature attacks each combat if able.", then create a colorless Aura Mask enchantment token with “Enchant creature” and “Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 for each Mask you control” and attach it to Goht.

Welcoming Hall
Enchantment Land - Room (R)
(You may play either half. That door unlocks on the battlefield. As neither half has a mana cost, you can't unlock these doors by paying those costs.)
Lock this door and unlock Withdrawing Foyer: Add . Activate only if this Room wasn't unlocked this turn and only during your turn.

Didn't want to create a new thread for this design since it was just a cute idea I had.

Anyhow, Foyer/Hall should maybe tap or have a clause about only being activated as a sorcery (unless I just missed it)

Oouch, yeah, let's at least tack a " and only during your turn." at the end of those.
