I discovered root your problem. It's called Cornish Clotted Cream. A few decades ago Cornwall applied for one of those protected origin designations, much like Champagne and Bourbon. Unlike Champagne, France and Kentucky nobody really knows or cares where the hell Cornwall is so this one never caught on. But it's still illegal to call it Cornish Clotted Cream. Apparently Americans call it Devinshire Cream but I've never heard of that either. It sounds udderly delicious though. I'll have to check if they have it.

Two years ago, we got her a professional animator's tablet along with professional animation software so that she can explore this further. By the time she gets to decide what college or university programs she might want to consider, she should have an impressive portfolio ready for application, should she decide to pursue this.

As most parents should, the second she showed any interest in anything, we enabled that as best we can until she moved onto other interests. This one has stuck around the longest so far.

Keeping her grounded in reality though. Becoming a youtube person is not a career. Just something that hopefully comes along on the side as you explore a real career,and if ever it actually does blow up, you can focus more on that if it becomes a real thing

It absolutely is a career, maybe not your preferred career, but it's certainly real. I'm not suggesting, at all, that she should pursue that, but it is a real option.

I would call it a career as much as I would call being a celebrity a career.

I don't think you have to quite achieve celebrity status to make it a career, but I agree with the general notion. I guess it just depends, but plenty of people make a decent living with relatively small YouTube channels. It's certainly high risk, but lots of things are high risk.

Anyway, it was more of a suggestion to not miss out on an opportunity, if the opportunity arises.
