I forgot to say it last time but we're officially into 2016! so that's fun. what's not fun is trying to come up with a criteria for this card. I don't wanna just grade a whole round of fact or fiction variants, so... make a card that draws cards (or otherwise moves cards from your library to your hand) in an unconventional way. as always with these sorts of criteria I'm being vague on purpose and will interpret broadly, but to set some expectations, things that I would consider "conventional" ways to draw cards are mostly either just drawing (and possibly discarding) a set amount or drawing equal to some standard variable. the point is to make the act of drawing cards interesting in itself.

Chandra Outwits Jace

[I] Exile the top three cards of your library face down.
[II-IV] The next time you would draw a card this turn, you may exile it face down instead. If you do, put a card exiled with ~ into your hand.
[V] Reveal each card exiled with ~. Until end of turn, you may play those cards from exile, and you may play them without paying their mana costs.

Damned Divination

Sorcery
Reveal the top card of your library. Any opponent may pay 2 life. If a player does, exile the card. Otherwise, you may pay life equal to that card's mana value. If you do, put that card into your hand. Repeat this process until no one pays life.
Vengeful spirits are quick to answer when called, but slow to obey when commanded.

It's something of a "fixed" Ad Nauseam or Spoils of the Vault in that while it's good for loading your hand (since 0 and 1 mana cards are cheaper for you than for blocking you) it's not good for combo (since your opponent(s) get to block you from getting cards of their choice)

im going to assume this fits the criteria

conceptually I like the idea of a magician false dealing cards from the second card of the deck instead of the first
and I think mechanically the card has cool niche synergies with cards that care about the top of your deck (stuff like vampire nocturnus, clash cards, miracle cards, etc.), or it can just protect a card from hand disruption by permanently floating a valuable card on top of your deck until you need it

power-wise it's balanced to be fairly comparable to serum visionary, which was a strong but not overwhelmingly powerful common in MH3.
MH3 is a high-powered set, so I upgraded this to an uncommon and took away a point of toughness

For each land card you revealed this way, create a Clue token.
