"Why don't we just Lynch him?" Says the angry mob, gesticulating in KoD's general direction. "We already got all our torches and pitchforks ready."

"Worth a shot," another replies, grabbing their implements of death.

The rest of the mob follows suit.

"Oh, yes, indeed. I suppose it is worth a shot. Well, might as well get this over with. Come at me, then." KoD stands in front of the crowd, nonplussed by their foolishness.

The angry mob screams and charges, multiple members of it getting their stabs in. KoD simply laughs.

"Torchfire and pitchforks, they do nothing," cried the woodcarver in alarm.

"Oh, come now, don't sell your meagre weapons short. They don't do nothing." KoD grabs the woodcarvers implements of death and rips them from his hands, then turns them on his attacker. In an instant, the woodcarver is impaled by his own pitchfork and his face is burned clean off by his own torch. ****! Good thing the woodcarver is just a flavour-NPC.

"You see? They are quite effective against the lot of you." The Lich King says, with a smile.

The angry mob turns and runs. As well they should.
