I think I love everything about this card except for the mana cost. The border works really well with the art.

Part of a cycle?

I could see this being part of a cycle. The mana cost is prohibitive because this will be extremely powerful in limited. If it was more aggressively costed the rarity would have to increase.

It says in the article that this is part of a cycle. So, Flying, Trample, Vigilance, Haste and Deathtouch again, like those Maze guys from Dragon's Maze?

At uncommon? That's pretty sweet. Makes all of your dudes unblockable unless you are playing against green (In which case they are just probably mostly unblockable).

It's very interesting- and probably a powerful uncommon bomb for sealed and to a lesser extent draft (as I'm sure the rest of the cycle will be.) This one has great art- making me really hope that one of the minor gods leans heavily on the Morpheus mythology.

Other than that, there isn't much to say. 3 mana is a touch expensive for a static ability like this, the sheer tempo loss from this guy getting Shocked or Magma Jetted would make this rather bad- and the ability would probably require 2+ turns on the field to pay for itself. So unless one of these generates some kind of nutty synergy, I doubt any of them will see standard play.

Deathtouch seems too rare to be used on a card like this. Also I think First Strike makes more sense than Vigilance.

Everyone loses flying if this is on both sides of the board, right?

Maybe the green one prevents all noncombat damage and life loss dealt by creatures your opponents control to you?

Yeah, it's sad that he only has flying after he gets played.

I like that this card and Wonder imply that we just need to think more creatively to start flying.

Well, that was how airplanes were invented.
