When Vespid Infection becomes attached to enchanted creature and whenever you cast an Insect spell, put an egg counter on enchanted creature.
Enchanted creature gets +1/-1 for each egg counter on it.
When enchanted creature dies, create a 1/1 black Insect creature token with flying and draw a card for each egg counter on enchanted creature.

If No Thoughts, Head Empty is attached to a creature and you have no cards in hand, enchanted creature has indestructible and hexproof.
If No Thoughts, Head Empty is attached to a planeswalker and you have no cards in hand, enchanted planeswalker has hexproof and "This planeswalker isn't put into the graveyard for having loyalty of 0 or less."
If No Thoughts, Head Empty is attached to a player and they have no cards in hand, they can't lose the game and their opponents can't win the game.

When Child, Lord of Chaos enters the battlefield, create Flaw, a legendary 3/3 colorless artifact creature token with "Child, Lord of Chaos has indestructible."
At the beginning of your end step, choose target other nonland, nonenchantment permanent. Exile cards from the top of your library until you exile an instant, sorcery, or Aura card. Cast that card without paying its mana cost and it must target the chosen permanent if able. Then destroy Child.
