Just watched Metallica: Through the Never, I loved it. Great songs, great crowd, the way they made it into a movie worked for me and I recommend watching it if your a fan of Metallica.

Baxer: Rammstein is the bomb-diggity. Do you like the last album, Liebe Ist Fur Alle Da? Most don't, saying it's a "sellout", but I quite dig it.

TBH this thread has revived the memory of bands I dont listen to much anymore, basically I've had a break from music for a while and this thread revived that interest for me, mostly because of you if I can say so without getting to much **** between my teeth, you got good taste imo, so recently its been Rammstein on the menu and I have only gone through some of the older classics, I will certainly give it a go and let you know when I have an opinion.

Why thank you. You're really the only one here who I connect with musically, aside from maybe Hakeem (he loves Sabbath roughly as much as I do), so I think you have exemplary taste.

As for the topic... you all have homework. Except for Baxer, as chances are he appreciates the album as much as I. Listen to Agalloch - "Marrow of the Spirit". I want you to listen to it, in full, with the lights off, at night. I want reports back within the next couple days, on how the album changed your views on music. Don't disappoint me, NGA.

The Butt: I liked Liebe ist fur alle da, but I guess if you compare it to mutter its "bad", but that album has the most of their bighitters so its not a fair comparison. It has their sound so calling it bad would be calling Rammstein bad witch imo is nuts.
