If you don't control the most lands among players, you may search your library for a basic land card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.

The Lives and Times of Squee

I - Create a 1/1 red Goblin creature token.
II - Put a +1/+1 counter on target Goblin you control. It gains indestructible until end of turn.
III - Sacrifice a Goblin. When you do, it deals damage equal to its power to any target.
When you sacrifice The Lives and Times of Squee, return it to its owner's hand then that player discards a card at random.
