The Shattering of Alara
Enchantment — Saga
I - Exile all other nonland permanents.
II - Each player chooses two colors that are allies. As long as The Shattering of Alara remains on the battlefield, that player can't cast spells that are either of the colors they chose.
III - Each player returns to the battlefield all permanent cards exiled with The Shattering of Alara that they own and that are neither of the colors they chose.
IV - You add two mana of each of the colors you didn't choose.

At the beginning of each player's combat, that player mills three cards. They may put a land card milled this way onto the battlefield. If they do, they put three +1/+1 counters on that land and it becomes a 0/0 green Elemental creature in addition to its other types. It gains haste until end of turn.
