It might be a good opportunity to update the mana and planeswalker symbols anyway, I think a few of them are a bit old. The problem is getting a scaling that looks good at 12x12 pixels (otherwise it throws off the line height by being bigger than the default text height).

I'll add this to my list of things to do this weekend - sorry for the loooooong delay, everyone!

We're now using Scryfall's icons for most symbols - we have a few unusual ones they don't, like snowbrids (), and I couldn't find good, public-domain loyalty ability symbols either. But most should look a little bit cleaner!

(as a result, we have some new novelty mana symbols now: . unset makers, rejoice!)
