Illicit shipment (double tutor for 5 mana) seems like it would’ve been really useful back in the day, though needing to sac a 3 power creature isn’t completely trivial

26? Yeah, 64 power seems pretty decent. But kicking the spell for 4096? That's just overkill.

I think that Mark explained they actually came up with the race first for New Capenna and then went "Okay what can we type these guys? Oh octopus people, yeah Cephalid works."
