We will end this then. Dark is arrested. Despite Dark's obvious innocence everybody turns a blind eye to it. KoD returns from the shenanigans to find a neatly wrapped box in his front hall. Inside he finds everything he never knew he wanted. Despite all his fighting he cannot stop a tear from falling from his eye.

Everybody wins except Dark and it's all KoD's fault.

There's one slot left for round 2. Extras will be added as replacements and auto in to round 3 provided we have time for it. That game will also run in this thread.

Took a look at Aaarrrgh. He appears guilty.

Someone gave me a lump of coal, and it preventer me from getting any results. I had tried to investigate KoD.

Tevish seems undoubtedly guilty

I spent last night vigorously inspecting myself. Sadly I could only conclude that I am undoubtedly guilty.

I'm going to consider Aaarrrgh's claim to be a nonentity, at least for initial analysis.

In any case, there's little doubt that Dark is the Naive cop, since he's the only one who has returned an "innocent" result.
Goose and I could be any remaining role.
KoD could only be Paranoid, insane, or scum since his investigation was self (ruling out Sane with guilty)

If I were to be scum, Goose would be Sane, KoD Paranoid, Dark Naive, and Aaarrrgh actually blocked.
If Aaarrrgh is scum, I'm sane, KoD and Goose are Insane and Paranoid, and Dark is Naive
If Goose is scum, Aaarrrgh is blocked, Kod and I Insane/Paranoid, and Dark is Naive
If KoD is scum, Goose and I are insane/Paranoid, Dark is Naive, and Aaarrrgh was blocked.

Throwback to when Rag used the lump of coal on herself when the ability was first presented.

Key difference is that it didn't block a result more so than just interfered with results. So, does Arrgh, as scum, waste that ability on himself risking that no one would target him, or was Arrgh actually targeted and thus blocked?

I'm leaning on Arrgh actually having been blocked.

Dark could be sane. Without considering Arrgh at all, at this point, three of us have guilty results which, automatically, would indicate an issue (especially since I'm not considering Arrgh at this moment).

Tevish ---> Arrgh; guilty
Me -----> Me; guilty
Goose -----> Tevish; guilty

Two of us should get guilty results no matter what (assuming insane investigates town) while the other two get innocent results (again, assuming sane investigates town). To that extent, with Dark being the only innocent result without considering anything else, he's either Naive *OR* Sane.

Both Goose and I investigated "normal" targets in the sense that we can more than likely conclude no shenanigans.

Tevish's result is tainted simply because, with Arrgh having claimed to have been blocked from the lump of coal, his result on Arrgh *COULD* be flipped. If that is the case, Tevish *MAY* have an innocent result on Arrgh (which would make him Naive or Sane if I'm right).

Ultimately its going to come down to how Arrgh's next result plays into what we already have. I, personally, don't see Arrgh being so risky and crafty as to utilize the ability on himself and, potentially, miss out on it being utilized properly (though it is possible). I'd hazard that the guilty party here is probably among Tevish and Goose personally.

My null result really threw me off here. I feel I have nothing to add.

Cheer is in the air. But with that silver cloud is an underlying black lining. Not all is well and the news breaks in the early hours of morning that there has been a grisly murder. Detective Dominaria has been slain.

Well, I did get a result tonight. And I can say without a doubt that I am neither sane nor naive.
