I mean, it uses your opponent's deck, so it's not exactly comparable to Think Twice

Does that... I'm pretty sure she's a vampire- look foreign to... uh, the only continent we've seen on Innistrad? She might fit in with some of the rural Kessig "old ways" folk, but the nautical trappings make me wonder if it's a hint towards parts of the plane we haven't seen before.

Yeah, she kinda looks Sultai to me.
