Unsure how well it fits in the set, but it's easily the best in a vacuum.

Blue's not really a mastery color, but we only have 1 mastery card and that's not a lot so...
Make a blue card with mastery

We got a bunch of golems and golem makers.
Make a blue common that cares about golems.

Target creature phases out. If you control a Golem, draw a card.

Kinda feel like Unsummon is something blue might have, but given that unsummoning a token that has been engraved seems oppressive, I opted for the weaker phasing (which I believe is deciduous now like Prowess)
with upside.

Enchantment - Aura (C)
Enchant creature
When ~ enters the battlefield, scry 1. If enchanted creature is a Golem, instead scry 3, then draw a card.
Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 and has flying.
