The lack of information and activity in the game currently makes me rather indecisive. So here's some thought process.

I don't find inactivity to be scummy. Mafia tends to creep, yes, but so do power roles. Also lazy town as well. In my experience you'll hit town more than scum if that's the strict basis of your argument.

I completely see Monster's point on Aaarrrgh. As I said before the belief his alignment would be confirmed is a matter of opinion, so while he may believe it to be true, it does nothing for the rest of us. With Aaarrrgh putting forth that I'm off base with the investigative theory I'm also inclined to agree that he's got a kill up his sleeve.

The last bit of Aaarrrgh's last post hurts my head. I've read it a couple of times but I keep just pulling out that he seems to be trying to throw shade on Monster for KoD thinking monster was town and KoD now being dead, like that locks in her town status forever. Pocketed town does scum no good if they're dead because you want them around to defend you and pad your vote power.

Follow that up with Dark coming to bat to try and swerve the momentum away from Aaarrrgh and towards the lurkers. He's spent the better part of the day trying to draw focus there and the end of yesterday trying to manufacture a tie while Aaarrrgh was also a contender on the chopping block.

So with little else to go on I'm going to Vote: Aaarrrgh.

The shade on Monster combined with the continued weak breadcrumb and the dash of Dark misdirection is the best that I got right now.

Monster was trying to make it sound like I would be the only one who had reason to kill KoD. I was trying to show I wasn't, and because I was addressing her she was the first example which came to mind. I did not intend to throw shade. I'm annoyed at myself for not thinking of the simple point Darkstar just made that HW would also have had reason to feel threatened, because that is indeed a far better example than Monster was.

Unfortunately I doubt I can change your mind at this point (and I certainly don't think I can change Monster's), but that's the nature of the game.

argh hasn't done anything particularly offensive. going out of his way to say he didn't use his ability last night strikes me as weird but i don't know why he'd do it as either alignment so i'm writing it off. I did get some bad vibes from him yesterday and he was a competing wagon with a (from the mafia's perspective) town aligned player which makes him look marginally worse. I'm more interested in monster right now though.

I only offered that information because I was specifically asked about it:

With 7 players alive, the Majority is 4 votes. If a Majority was not met, the player with the most votes is Lynched instead at Deadline unless there is a tie, in which case no one is Lynched. Currently, there is a tie, so if nothing changes, no one will be Lynched.

Day 2 will last until Thursday at 7 PM EST. At the time of writing, just under 6 hours remain to the Day.

We can't end on a tie again. Rag, would you be willing to switch to HW so we get a lynch? If not, I could be convinced to move to monster if someone else also went that direction.

Not convinced this is where my vote will end up at the end of the day, but I kindof agree with Rag that Aarrgh hasn't been particularly over the top scummy. I mostly believe Aaarggh is credible and want to see what he'll bring to the table after another night. Posting a nil answer by HelloWorld to not be inactive rubs me the wrong way too.

It's like a part of him or his subconscious knew he was shooting himself and his whole team in the foot, but he did it anyway.

Well, I figured that if I didn't uphold my promise to actually use my ability this night, I would most likely get lynched the next day, so it was kind of a lose/lose situation. I also figured that one of Monster and JD was scum, because if they were both town scum would probably have jumped on my wagon to remove the claimed power role. So I figured it was a coin toss. Unfortunately Monster's last post looked to me like she was trying to avoid the vig shot by relenting from pushing me at the last minute when it no longer mattered, so I picked her. Which is ironic. If she hasn't switched her vote at the end I would probably have shot JD instead.

Anyway, I'm terribly sorry for throwing the game!

argh was a very probable lynch, i think shooting was the right move there, and JD and naga were pretty deep wolves. They played it well.
