Apparently I'm here now.

Soooooo.... Are there any limits on how stupid these roles can get? And/or what's your opinion on having a bot-generated role running about in here? And finally, do you have a standard way of writing roles over here? I've noticed a trend on various sites in how mods tend to write up roles, so it's worth asking.

With You Pick mafia games, the sky's the limit usually. At least based on what HW has stated so far.

If you're into Magic the Gathering (MTG) you can base a role off a card, or, per HW's example post recently, you can design one it seems (even if it is bot generated I'd imagine). Trust me when I say a lot of us are confused.

Whatever you come up with, make sure to pm HW the role. He'll take care of the rest.

Now I understand the you pick a card thing. I was thinking magicians for some reason and could not fathom how a jack of spades could turn into a role. MTG make a lot more sense.

Na, I think HW is genuinely worried about how well he's designed the game. It's probably lending itself to partial procrastination as well as interference from rl as he makes adjustments would be my guess.
