So with Sagas becoming deciduous and more common quite quickly, I'd thought it be fun to see what Saga names people could come up with. It's not really a game, but I guess the ground rules would be:
1. It has to be related to something cannon, though there is loose license (like Amonkhet getting something based off Egyptian myth).
2. The title has to fit a card name line.
3. Ought include a small explanation in a spoiler/link to source material (Just to let people have a slight guessing game if your title matches what they thought it would).
4. Feel free to make the name tongue and cheek
Examples:
The Isolation of Malvos
Spoiler
From The Cursed Land, part of the set up is that, as punishment Malvos, who feeds off of mana, is stranded on a mana-poor plane. His race takes hundreds of years to die of starvation, and Malvos dreams of escaping the plane in the meantime.
When I was imagining a Kamigawa Return, I included sagas in my brainstorming process for notable events from the Kami War/Kamigawa. One of my ideas was to make "transforming Sagas" that had legendary creatures on the other side as a sort of "living story" type thing.(not sure how that would work with the rules though) For some examples:
The Fall of Minamo
Spoiler
A black saga chronicling the destruction of Minamo, School at Water's Edge, probably with hand destruction (for the burning of the scrolls there), creature destruction (for the slaughter of the residents), and finally transforming into the All-Consuming Oni of Chaos.
The Battle of Silk
Spoiler
Not sure how best to represent this one from it's two short stories, but probably transforms into a better Ayami.

I'm kinda late to this whole thing, but there are a lot of cool ideas in here!
Some Sagas I'd like to see...
The Fall of the House of Vess
Spoiler
The story of Liliana accidentally cursing her brother, having her spark ignite and Josu eventually killing the whole family (roughly speaking). Not sure how you'd express that mechanically, but IIRC it's something they wanted to include in Dominaria but had to cut. Definitely should be .
Love Song of Night and Day
Spoiler
The poem that was written for Mirage and Visions and is quoted in several pieces of flavour text. It's about the impossible relationship of two lovers who - like night and day - can never be together, so I'd say having two enemy colours in its cost to symbolise that opposition would be appropriate, even though it's about love.
Song of All
Spoiler
Another in-universe text that's quoted in flavour text. It's Serra's doctrine/philosophy/believes in the form of a song with more than 1.000 cantos that is still sung by worshippers of Serra to this day. Definitely .
The Fall of Oneah
Spoiler
The seven city-states of Oneah were a splendid civilisation that was destroyed by a horde of goblins not too long before the Phyrexian Invasion. We learn more about it in the novel Ashes of the Sun. I suppose a design that involves red Goblin tokens and perhaps white Soldier or Citizen tokens and possibly land destruction would be appropriate, so I'd put this in .
Champion's Trial
Spoiler
Tetsuo Umezawa defeating Nicol Bolas on the meditation plane and smashing his body in the imperial shrine with the Hammer of Bogardan.
The druid Greensleeves gathering an army and going on a crusade against all wizards who abuse their power and tyrannise the populace. Might be .
Serra's Sacrifice
Spoiler
Serra giving up her spark (and her life) to infuse the land of Sursi with her power. The Cathedral of Serra was built in the place where she was buried. Would definitely be a card.
The story of Fallen Empires. The Fall of Sarpadia also happens to be one of the in-universe texts you can read about on the site I linked above.
Dochyel's Ride
Spoiler
A short story of the same name in which the goblin Dochyel improves the Rundvelt goblins' rock sleds by developing a new model that can carry two goblin raiders instead of one. Should be very and involve Goblin tokens, and perhaps Vehicles or something.
Most of the stuff on my wishlist isn't really hard to guess from the name, but I could probably come up with some more Sagas that are named after obscure short stories or in-universe texts. Saga names that are either actual stories/novels or in-universe texts are my favourites anyway, like Chainer's Torment or The Antiquities War.
