At 2/4 flying for 2W, this is already strong. It's not bomb level because it locking down the game seems more win-more but as pay-off and enabler, it's feels like a big hurdle to fight. This is, of course, without knowing the broader Limited format.

Pretty hard to pull off, but a universal +2/+2 is a huge upside. And it's rather incidental unless you go all in on the life gain aspect. And that isn't really necessary with the solid stats and evasion.
If angel/cleric tribal emphasizes high toughness then this card's life gain ability could net some serious value.

This is going to be insane in constructed. When you drop a second copy, you get 4 life immediately, you start gaining life at double speed from future creatures, and the payoff becomes a massive +4/+4

7 above starting is nothing for dedicated lifegain-synergy. Serra Ascendant got a new friend.

Speaker of the Heavens likes this a lot. I'm definitely putting one in my Linden, the Steadfast Queen brawl deck.

Yeah this seems like it’ll stack lifegain on real quick. Imagine a T3 Starnheim Aspirant then T4 you can drop this and up to 5 mana worth of other Angels. I also imagine Liesa will have a really good Angel Tribal deck after this. I’m sure this also has applications in Cleric decks just I care more about Angels.
