I'd have wished for this to be cheaper to come down earlier, but I like it.

Maybe Stack of Paperwork will get the Enchantmentize/One with the Stars treatment. (But probably not.)

I love commanders that encourage a completely unique set of support cards. I'm excited to find out just how many ways I give my opponents mana.

Mana doublers:
Dictate of Karametra
Heartbeat of Spring
Keeper of Progenitus
Overabundance!!!
Scald?
Zhur-Taa Ancient
Chaos Moon
opponents can work around them somewhat sadly
May as well run Magus of the Candelabra with these.

Forced mana:
Magus of the Vineyard
Blinkmoth Urn?
Eladamri's Vineyard
Shizuko, Caller of Autumn
Victory Chimes
Spectral searchlight
Elvish Guidance in very specific builds.
Verdant Haven
Overgrowth Try it on non green players! Still might not work well without a way to shut down other lands.
Wolfwillow Haven
Wild Growth
For added benefit try to reduce the amount of spells your opponents can actually cast in a turn. And don't play against green decks.

The piece de resistance:
War's Toll!!!

Edit
Upwelling
Leyline Tyrant
Omnath, Locus of Mana

Cards that punish your opponents for having untapped lands could fit in well. Citadel of Pain and Power Surge? Stoneshaker Shaman seems good, but might make people hate you. Okay, the rest seem terrible. That theme was mostly just in Prophecy, and that set sucked.

I got excited enough that I threw together a 99 for this guy: https://www.gachalog.com/list/54506280

The wastes is a standin for Undergrowth Stadium. I kind of branched out into mass mana + Things that cause doing anything to hurt.

Edit: and now I need to cut something as I realized that Magus of the Candelabra could be used to sink your mana to untap opposing lands to cause more hurting with Citadel of Pain/Power Surge. Probably the Soot Imp going out. Edited with that, and replaced the old link since Gachalog's one big fault is that a tinkered deck gets a new URL.

I considered it, especially since I don't have a lot of responses, but the only thing that seemed worth taking out for it was Close Quarters
