  • Each opponent loses 1 life. You gain 1 life.
  • Put a disease counter on target creature without a disease counter on it.
  • Sacrifice Pandemic. If you do, each player sacrifices a creature they control with a disease counter on it.

Next is BLACK #2.

Whenever enchanted creature deals combat damage to a player, create a 0/0 black Germ creature token, then create a token that's a copy of ~ and attach it to that creature token.
