Raid Bombardment.

Yes, it's not green or blue, but I don't like UG in RoE, and Bombardment is a pretty good card. I am OK giving up a Skyscout and an Eel Umbra to move into better colors.

And combos with Umbra for even more removal frustration. But mostly it does nothing, since you have to have an Aura in play to cast Finesse. So, I vote for Lagac Lizard

I agree. We are heavy into blue but can easily splash anything else at this point, we even have 2 solid fixers and there are some more we can pick up in later packs.

Lightmine Field can actually be decent but double-white is not really a "splash" anymore. So I will say Lizard.

Finesse isn't just a cantrip, it's a cantrip that requires you to have an aura in play, so sometimes it will be a dead card that can't even cycle.
