It would be pretty fun in a Thantis, the Warweaver deck in Commander. Too bad it's part of one of the worst products in Magic history.

On its own I feel “At the beginning of your upkeep, draw a card and target opponent makes two 2/2s” wouldn’t be impressive. But with Thornbite Staff he does just draw you three cards during your upkeep and is a hyper Goblin Sharpshooter

Also Hunter of Walkers sounds like a new Garruk card
