On its own I feel “At the beginning of your upkeep, draw a card and target opponent makes two 2/2s” wouldn’t be impressive. But with Thornbite Staff he does just draw you three cards during your upkeep and is a hyper Goblin Sharpshooter

Also Hunter of Walkers sounds like a new Garruk card
