The second one was my original design, but the rules are confusing. You need to control a big creature both when it enters and when the trigger resolves, so it can't count itself by using an instant, but it can if there's a static effect or if it enters with additional counters.

The Jeskai didn't get rebound while they still had red, but let's have Narset store up mana for next turn anyway.


Narset's Backup - :2::r:
Sorcery
Create a 1/1 red Goblin creature token and add :r:. Until end of turn, you don't lose this mana as steps and phases end.
