I - Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature.
II - Until your next turn, whenever a player taps a land for mana, that player adds one mana of any type that land produced.
III - Each player returns a creature or land card in their graveyard to their hand.

I updated the OP to include Ikoria, looks like there were at least two rounds where it was included while I was away. Kaldheim can also be included once its spoilers start coming out. Not sure if Strixhaven is a new plane or just a particular location on an existing plane

The Rise of Karn
Legendary Enchantment — Saga
Cast this spell only if you control a legendary creature or planeswalker.
I - Your life total becomes 1.
II - Restart the game except each player's starting life total is 10 and The Rise of Karn remains on the battlefield.
III - Search your library for a planeswalker card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Also let me know if there's any planes you've unofficially removed from this game so I can update the OP. I saw people complaining about shandalar but not sure if you've started skipping it

I don't think people have started skipping it, but it is kind of just Slivers: The Plane right now.
