At the beginning of your upkeep, look at the top card of your library. You may put that card into your graveyard.
Exile a card from your graveyard: Add . Spend this mana only to cast a colored spell without in its mana cost.

The last of the tri-colored enchantment cycle. The filtering seems fine, and that second ability can generate a lot of mana, but seems a bit slow outside of commander.

Time to cheat out Sphinx of the Guildpact.

I love how you can see so clearly in some cards how someone in R&D must have abused it in playtesting.

This could produce quite a lot of mana, and meanwhile filters draws. It has some internal tension in that the decks that want to use GY (and therefore fill it) probably don't want to eat it that much, but it basically gives every colored spell you cast Delve, that can't be bad.

Now everything can have Delve! Sort of. Most things anyway.

Hmm ... I kinda want to use it with Painter's Servant
