Never in my life I have thought I would like a game like this. A visual novel? Ugh. A dating sim? Uuuuuugh.
But it's so good though.
It has actual gameplay and strategy. It has semi-competitive multiplayer (a blast!). It has some of the best humor I've seen in quite a while and consistently makes me laugh out loud at the very least once per game.

You can buy a towel with two eye holes in it in a shop and pretend to be a ghost, spending the entire game like this. Almost everyone will believe you, including an actual ghost.
You can thwart a communist plot against a genocidal Disney-ish mermaid princess.


You can date the narrator.

Is this barrel of WTF on Steam?

Yes. Yes it is.

I highly recommend buying it with a DLC, by the way. You get access to a really fun and genius character as a main romance option.
