I'm not sure what kind of history Vasilias and Zhiran might have. Of course we know his history with the Cabal, but for all the hubris, I think Vasilias might have exercised better caution than other tyrants and despots.
Actually, it makes me consider what ALL the oldwalkers would have to say about Zhiran.

There is no reason - and no excuse - that we do not have a venomous Elephant Samurai in the M:EM yet. I mean, we do have two other Samurai, but there is always room for one more, particularly when it is an Elephant, and when it is venomous.
