I was just wondering how it worked because it seems like it takes different amounts of time each time to send out the PM. Is it just based on traffic on the site at the time?

When you put your shoebox with your puppy in it outside. Then it works.

As soon as you click "Send", the message is available to the recipient. It just stays in your outbox until they open it — while it's there, you can edit or delete it.

Yeah I was curious about this as well, but had figured it out.

I was concerned that many of my messages werent going through (for mafia games etc) then I worked out that once they opened their inbox it left my outbox.
