I feel like at , this could just be Forever Young minus the creature restriction. Spending a card just to put your graveyard on top of your library is really weak.

yeah probably, but I haven't played magic for a decade and I don't remember how to cost cards

Soulstoker - It is unusual for a creature to double its power by exerting not to mention triple. Usually you can do more damage without exerting on an empty board but make things more difficult for the opponent to block well when you exert.

yeah that is a fair point
you don't get to block with it but I guess you weren't doing that anyway
