Idk.. strider gonna be fighting Kroxa for escape, while shepherd is gonna be exiling escape fodder and cats don’t want to be exiled... not sure how all that plays out but it feels like the deck will fight itself on a few levels

I´m thinking Crusader for the draws.

I also added a couple Drill Bits

@Tim sometimes you escape Woe and sometimes you escape Kroxa depends a lot of the situation, Shepherd is a may ability and you only need one Woe and one Kroxa on the GY for escape to work so I have exiled some Kroxas to get looooots of triggers.
This deck feels real.

Cut a couple Anax. Imo

Now you have space at 3. :D

I don’t like giving opponent draws, basically ever. If it were a 3/2, maybe.

Anax is a house
EDIT: I mean I rather have something on the field that lets me make the most actions per turn posible, Anax is really really good I would not cut any of them, the cards I draw with Reaper I have to cast... the triggers I get from Anax stay on the field and let me do more and more stuff.

I’m attracted to Kroxa, I’m just not sure this is correct shell for him. I really like strider for sacdos, just not sure fighting for resources with another hungry escape creature and shepherds ability (know it’s may but still fights for resources). I agree with DJ about Midnight Reaper too - between strider free sacs and cat/oven loop, the card draw potential is serious business.

This is more what I picture sacdos with strider looking like:

Would be interested in seeing your version in action if you have gameplay footage

Exactly why that card never found a place in my Mardu Knights even though it looks like everyone else wants to run it in theirs.

Storm crusader when your opponent has a Narset, parter of veils is also a disaster haha

Looking at that list cucho i'm not sure drag to the underworld beats out Murderous rider, being able to hit walkers and the extra body is huge

Also I think you've got too many sac outlets compared to your stuff you want to sac (only thing you don't really mind saccing is the cat) I'd probably cut some number of the sac outlets (maybe even the cat combo itself) and go in with 3 mana Chandra for the priest combo

In my book, Stormfist Crusader is a valuable card in Rakdos Knights.
2/2 Menace Knight body aside, both parts of the extra effect are better for you than your opponent (unless mirror obviously):

Him losing life matters more than you losing life and that also triggers Spectacle.

Your spells (may) cost less than those of your opponent. Thus you get to double-spell more often without running out of gas while he still plays 1 card a turn. In that scenario you get more action while he only gets more selection. So this effect is either neutral or beneficial.

Stormfist is good in rakdos knights aggro. Knight synergies, Spectacle synergies, increases clock both through menace and upkeep damage, and the deck is trying to win before the cards for opponent matter (midrange being so prevalent, those opps are more limited in spells per turn by average card costs). The card is a bit of a removal magnet in that deck, which wouldn’t be the case if opp benefited enough on average from the symmetrical draw.

I don’t like it in slower decks. Wouldn’t run it in sacdos where you’re not getting the other synergies and you don’t have the lower curve for symmetrical card draw to favor.

Thematically, I'd try Gutterbones first.

You probably can’t have too many sacrifice creatures, so long as they meet standard playable norms. A recurrable 2/1 for 1 definitely should be playable.

I hear what you all are saying and it was in the deck at first. The idea of giving the opponent draw bothered me way more than any good the card did.. almost. Sometimes it was great. I love menace. There just came a tipping point where their drawing I felt was hurting me and it had to go. You can see my deck over in constructed. It's a damn good deck without Stormfist.
Edit: Hehe. I looked over myself and I posted the deck when it still had Stormfist in it. I'll update the thread.

I'm down to 2 Anax, and 3 Reapers... I must say I did not see the Cat/Oven /Reaper little combo... - _-
And yeah Reaper is a house in the deck I'm also testing 2 copies of a Satyr that gets counters when you sac things - thanks Haven- and 2 copies of Raveler.

I think the Satyr is a pretty good piece for a sac deck. Only played against it, but it is a must remove creature, and Woe can grow it at anytime.

I end up chopping those Satyrs... They are not bad but this deck is not your Aggro pile and overall I was wanting more and more Drill bit... So I added 2 more Duress type effects... So that's 6 of those, this helps a lot protecting the combo and you can always ditch them to Raveler in the late game.

Cat is an amazing Spectacle enabler and you should hold him on the GY or in hand to get the most of your triggers.

I climbed to mythic with it :)
EDIT: I also fixed my mana and it's running much smother :V

You running Agonizing Remorse? Think those are pretty good now since they can hit Titans in the yard as well. Have seen some control decks running them
