I don't think anything was ever going to stand up to the original Thassa, but this compares well to Conjurer's Closet, which people love.

I'll try to find someplace for it, since she's my favorite of the Gods, but yeah, a little disappointed. The flicker ability is solid, but the activated is boring.

I love original Thassa to the point I built my first edh deck around her, which I still use quite often. I am disappoint, though honestly not surprised.

Nice to see she got a new bident though. Good for her.

Oh hey, that's a good point. Thassa's bident was last seen on Ravnica with Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner.

It looks like Thassa's constellation card shows her with the old bident, but there's definitely some kind of new weapon in the normal art. I can't quite tell if it's another bident, though, since it's partially underwater.

Long, luscious tail...Ahem anyways, Closet in Command Zone is neat, even if I kinda see her in Brago more than on her own. Was kinda hoping for scry synergy to tie back to original Thassa, I like when multiple versions of one character feel like they have a connection.

Good to see Thassa got herself a new Bident.

Actually, someone just pointed out to me that this Thassa does combo with Master of Waves unlike her predecessor. So I guess pioneer devotion wants her.
