Two things about it:
Not really looking to mix cats with catfolk because that's a flavor nightmare to start with
And other than that, for aesthetic reasons, I won't mix old frames with new frames.

I'd also have to rule out stuff that is plane specific like Nacatl.

We already knew most of that, but the fact that they'd dedicate a whole panel to talking about Dominaria a year after the set came out makes me quite happy and optimistic. It also really blew my mind when they actually confirmed the second Dominaria set that got scrapped would have featured the return of Zhalfir (that was where the Knight tribal was supposed to go). God, I'll never forgive anyone that they didn't end up making that second set... 'Return of Zhalfir with some Knight tribal' was #1 on my wishlist for the next time we visit Dominaria even before this panel, so here's hoping it's actually going to happen in the not so distant future.

So... Steven Universe: the Movie

Haven't watched it yet, but I'm pretty sure it was recorded. Was it good?

It was pretty incredible. There's kind of a steven shaped hole in my heart right now as I wait for confirmation on season 6.

It's really difficult not to love the villain of the movie.
There were some really good lines from Steven in it too.

All that said, I'm still firmly on the fence about the new status quo.
Also, half can't believe we never saw Jasper.

I am way way behindon Steven Universe. Is it on Netflix? I have Netflix now, but if it's CN-exclusive I have no legal way to watch it.

I believe it may also be on hulu if that's an option

I mean, I guess I'm back. For now anyway.

Until they ruin the story again next year.

Welcome back. Ironically, the story being ruined is what brought me back here, although The Wildered Quest is a step in the right direction.

The trailers out for Joker and the Birds of Prey Harley Quinn movie have me convinced that WB/DC films have schizophrenia.

Joker is unconnected to the DCCU.

I'm hoping its big enough for them to just start over or have a side dccu in the joker universe.
