In case others of you still play Pokemon Go, there's a Halloween event going on right now. Ghastly, Meowth, and Cubone evolutionary lines have had their spawn rates cranked up to ridiculous levels, to the point where you can't go half a block without tripping over three or more of them. Also the pokemon buddy system has had the kilometer requirements for candy shaved down to 1/4th of what it normally is for any given pokemon. On top of that, any candy that you would get for any reason from now until November 1st is automatically doubled.

Anyone here still play? Gengar day is today and Cyndaquil Day is in exactly one week. I've been running two phones lately (my main, level 38, and my mini that I use specifically as a repository for Community Day shinies to double my chances, level 21).

The "two phones" thing has served me well. On Beldum Day I got 25 shinies. 11 on my mini, 14 on my main.
