These sorts of creatures have gotten a lot rarer and more expensive than I remember, that or they have conditions. WOTC may be moving away from the design space.

Binder of the Blind has vigilance as long as a creature you control has died this turn.

: Tap target creature. If it's an enchantment creature, it doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.

TPManW, though I think it or mastery would need to be reworded - as written, you don't have mastery, as it's just an ability word. That, or we assume a rule change.

Criteria -Mythic - Make an anthem, preferably one that interacts with multiple card types.
anthem examples- Tempered Steel, Glorious anthem

Enchantment (M)
Creatures you control get +1/+1.
Creatures you control that are sylvan get an additional +1/+1 and have vigilance. (Treefolk, Forests, and enchanted permanents are sylvan.)
