We have a ton of blue 3 cmc creatures, a good number of 2's, a small but relatively high number of 1's and a dearth of 4's.

Hello World has the best (most common?) card and gets my vote.
Props to YL though for a really flavourful design. It's mechanically simple, but I feel the card in actual use feels more uncommon.
