I would suggest a link on every active subforum, I mean we could build some amount of hype around this rather than just ignore it... Stasis...TPmanw... any ideas?

If Flofoot catches the spoiler somewhere else it would be just embarrassing....
Anyway is way to late to build some momentum on this I hope that if we get another spoiler things are managed in a different way.

I'm not sure what sort of managing you were looking for? the intended behavior is that people come to the site on June 19th, when the spoiler is supposed to happen, and then start poking around to see what else there is. the hype that we would like to build is with new folks dropping in, not existing users, so there's no real value in a pre-reveal ramp-up.

So people come to the site... and see the spoiler where?
I mean if was not for Deadpoet no one on the MTG Arena or MTG magic Duels Community would have known that we had a spoiler... and it is a big deal to me that we get a exclusive spoiler... I think it was a fair chance to bring this community together, maybe make a cross forum post or at least one thread in this subforum annoucing the news and a timeframe... maybe start some speculations about the card in question... maybe we get a goblin lord or something like that -I would love that kind of flavor from WOTC- but we got nothing what so ever...

It was just one honest concern, I dont mean to rant on the site or mods but I think this could be handled better.

Hi, folks! Been following this discussion for a bit and wanted to drop in and clarify something: To the best of my knowledge, no one on the moderation team was contacted about this spoiler. It isn't a thing that's been organized through us, so if it's happening that means Wizards is doing it themselves. We found out about it the exact same way (And at roughly the same time) the rest of you did. My best guess is that, as deadpoet and razorborne mentioned, Ethan will post the card somewhere, since he's the only WotC employee I know of who's active here, but I have no idea where or when that will take place, nor does anyone else on the moderation team.

WOTC was talking directly to Kryder in the day and probably reached out to him thinking he’s an advocate for NGA

The problem is no one checks the mother-ship from here cuz I dunno....EDIT: I personally check salvation for spoilers, which will still be around cuz someone stepped up but some of the mods are still going to launch their own set mtgnexus....

That really doesn't mean a whole lot in my book.
I used to be in contact with WOTC also along with Splattercat and a few others back on the Mothership and.... well.... that turned out to be the catalyst for all of us moving here.

Weirder still, they linked to the correct site during MH1 previews.
