As dusk descends over the village, KingOfDominaria, Village Troublemaker finds himself tied to a stake atop a pile of kindling, in what must be considered a moral victory for all Werewolfkind.

It is, however, only a moral victory, for tired to the stake next to him is Duskyblue, Werewolf. The two remaining villagers look at each other and shrug as they each set the torch their preferred victim.

As the flames reveals the true form of the dying, the villagers reach the conclusion that at least KoD died being right. And in many ways that's just as good as surviving, isn't it?

My thoughts on the game:

Obviously, it was unfortunate that the whole game was solved in the first round of claims. That's the risk with a game with a randomized setup, I guess. But also, both Numbers and KoD took the exact right actions to basically paint Dusky into the corner. If either one of you had changed your target, it would not have been so clear cut.

But big kudos to Dusky for rolling with it, and at least making the game entertaining.

I was wondering, is the order of what resolves when always openly known in games like this?

In IRL Mafia and Werewolf games the most way of running it is having one role at a time perform their action while everyone has their eyes closed. Because you have to organize ahead of time in which order people open and close their eyes, the order of resolution is public.

Ah, I see, that makes sense. But IRL they might not remember the exact order.

Well, you either have a moderator or an app which reminds everyone. Also, resolution order is more important in one night ultimate than in other games, as it can change interactions a lot. For instance, both robber and seer would be more powerful if they resolved after Troublemaker, as in the current order Troublemaker can render their information invalid.
