I wish HBO would give their old Spawn cartoon a proper finish. The show's final episode is nearly identical to issue 100 of the comics, where Spawn eliminates a long-running villain. The parallels are uncanny.

I thought the FFVII crew had fingers, if only in theory. I'm not sure if Minecraft folk even theoretically have fingers. There world is not just badly rendered, it's actually a low resolution world.

Also, finally got to see Into the Spiderverse saturday. I liked it a ton.

I have heard much to the effect that the director of the Kingdom Hearts series never considers the overarching story when making individual games. I have personally theorized that he is a clone of his future self sent back in time to merge with his perfect past essence and unite his selves across all timelines in an ego singularity which would open the thought-vault of human potential, but actually that was all just a dream he had after overdosing.

Though if we're being honest, even though this is clearly a finale, it's leaving a LOT of questions about the universe.

Not quite the finale. I guess there's a movie coming this fall? But yeah, they did wrap up a lot while still managing to leave a bunch of stuff unresolved.

This is the best superhero story I've ever seen. Yes, this includes The Dark Knight.
It has almost no typical superhero story cliches. Intead, it takes a what-if scenario about superpowers and applies a dangerous amount of sense and logic to it.
It's short (15-60 minutes of reading) and on-point.
And it KICKS ASS. Highly recommended.
