Just built and played one game and it's 100%!!!
Easy to play the Demon for 3.
If you get to 6 mana you are explosion person.

Only 1 judith? Seems like one of the strongest cards in the deck, and even drawing multiple isn't terrible - just a slightly overcosted forked bolt/shock - seems well worth having multiples in the deck.

Personally I'd drop Theatre, go to the full compliment of demons and add light up the stage and fireblade artist.

CalebDMTG was playing his version of rakdos aggro last night, here's an image of his deck (taken from https://twitter.com/Calebdmtg) :

Land split was 10 swamp, 5 mountain and the full shock/duals. Emphasis on black to get the turn 3 demon and using the black one drops to mesh with the mana split. He went back and forth on the number of Shock vs Carnival for the same reason. Deck did seem to struggle vs lifegain backed by removal though, as you'd expect.

I can't believe in not running 4x Judith. The card's really strong. 4x Spawn of Mayhem should also be a given. A 4-mana 4/4 flying trampler isn't terrible; if cast for three mana it's just absurd (especially since it's got relevant abilities). It's true though that by running these two cards, the deck's less of a burn deck and more of an aggro deck.
